We provide free crèche facilities for children above one year, enabling mothers — especially daily-wage workers — to return to work, restore their income, and regain their dignity.
What We Do
We focus on three interconnected areas to create lasting change for working mothers and their children across India.
Safe, nurturing daycare for children above one year — completely free of cost. Our trained caretakers ensure every child is cared for while their mothers work.

Every number represents a mother who can work, a child who is safe, and a family whose future is brighter.
Our Vision
At Varalakshmi Samruddhi Foundation, we recognise a silent but powerful reality — in India, a significant number of women step out of the workforce after childbirth, not by choice, but due to the absence of childcare support.
For women in daily wage and informal work, this challenge is even harsher, where every hour spent on childcare directly translates into lost income.
Our initiative begins with a simple yet impactful step — providing free crèche facilities for children above one year, enabling mothers to return to work, restore their income, and regain their dignity.
This effort is driven by our family's commitment to give back to society. As we move forward, we envision establishing 100 such centres across the country, wherever the need exists — turning a barrier into an opportunity, and support into empowerment.

How free crèche access helped Sunita, a vegetable vendor, continue her livelihood while knowing her child is safe and cared for.
Our centres provide not just safety, but early childhood development through art, play, and structured learning activities.
In the informal sector, every hour spent on childcare means lost wages. We're working to change this equation, one centre at a time.
